HAM’S F10 (F-10 NUTRIENT MEDIUM)
Ham’s Media were originally developed for the clonal growth of:
- Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells.
- HeLa cells and mouse L-cells, – with or without serum supplementation depending on cell types.
- Ham’s F10 is a choice medium to promote human diploid cells growth, white blood cells for chromosomal analysis, primary rat explants and rabbit and chicken tissues.
- It is the researcher’s favourite choice to grow fastidious cell lines.
